Program, Music and Worship
Be part of the planning of what worship looks like at Calvary.
Caring for the youngest members of our church family during the church service or Sunday school.
Leading worship with children 3 years old through Kindergarten at their level through stories, songs and parables.
Share this fun and educational program with kids and their families. 30 minutes of music and conclude with a time for refreshments, play, craft and socializing.
Teaching and leading students 1st – 6th grades to learn at their level through singing songs and hearing Bible stories.
Join in the fun with the community-wide Vacation Bible School. Help lead student preschool children through 6th from throughout the community to share the gospel message.
Teaching and leading students 7th grade through 12th to learn at their level through Catechism and life application.
Guiding boys grades 2-8 in their exploration of God through scripture, nature and service. Teach students practical life skills, outdoor and craftsman skills.
Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. Guiding girls in their relationship with God through Bible application, participation in service projects and meaningful crafts.
Building relationships with high school students through sharing God’s word, prayer, serving and having fun together.
Being a welcoming presence after the service and outside church to cultivate a church family culture.
Checking out books and assisting visitors in the library.
Being a resource to answer questions to visitors and members.
Bring people to spots in the sanctuary and hand out bulletins.
Welcoming people to Calvary as they enter the church.
Providing safe and accessible transportation to Calvary activities and worship services.
Show compassionate care, ongoing support, encouragement and prayer to members of Calvary.
Being a part of the team that focuses on reaching out with the story and love of God outside the walls of Calvary church, locally and elsewhere.
Red Rock Ministry
Bringing God’s word and story outside. Running from Memorial Day to Labor day at Fifield Park.
Being a part of the team that supports and manages the relationships with our missionaries.
Growing relationships with each other and God together through smaller group setting throughout the week.
Join other adults for a cross-generational study to deepen relationships with God and each other.
Helping decorate the church for special occasions. This includes flowers and banners for special times in the church calendar.
Building & Grounds
Managing the building and grounds of Calvary and finding ways improve the facilities of Calvary.
Maintain the history and story of Calvary Christian Reformed Church to remember where we’ve come from and where we are going.
